BECAUSE PEOPLE DON’T THINK IT’S A PROBLEM! * Inexperienced drivers + drugged driving = fatal accidents * A study done in 2009 found that 18% of drivers killed in an accident tested positive for at least one drug * Let’s say you are under the influence of a drug/alcohol and you get in an accident that wasn’t your fault – you can still be screened for drug/alcohol use and YOU could be held responsible
