1. Approving a Proxy account

2. Login to Skylite with your fis account Then mouse down until you get to approve and hit enter

3. At the screen below hit F8

4. In the selection box choose the third option – select an available proxy

5. You will see in the bottom left corner information stating changing proxy and to hit any key to continue Hit enter on the name of the proxy you want

6. You will notice in the top left it has changed from your name to the proxy name – at this screen hit F8 again

7. Select the scan available documents for this user You should see what is out to be approved.

8. Hit enter if you wish to review details or F8 to get to approval options

9. Choose whether you wish to approve or reject the item. This should move the item out of the pending folder and the next person will be able to move forward with the requisition
