7 Preparation :15min Cooking :10min Ingredients (for 4 people) -125g flour -1 egg+1 yolk -2 tablespoons sugar -1pinch de salt -125g butter Preparation Mix all the ingredients and knead the mixture. Shape a big ball. Put the big ball of dough on a plate covered with baking paper Flatten the dough using a rolling pin. Brush with the egg yolk. Use a glass and cut circles of dough : you will have biscuits in the shape of a circle ! Bake in a hot oven hot (150-180°c) for 10minutes. It’s ready when the top of the biscuits is a bit brown. 8 Preparation 15-20 min Cooking 4-5min INGREDIENTS - 4 eggs -500 g flour -5 teaspoons sugar -3 teaspoons of thick cream -1 pinch of a salt -150 g butter -1 bag of baking powder -icing sugar ACTION  In a bowl mix butter, a pinch of salt and sugar.  Add the creamand the eggs 1 buy 1.  Add the flour and the baking powder.  Knead all together.  Separate the dough in 4 balls and roll out with a rolling pin.  Shape small balls to create the donuts.  Dip the donut in the boiling oil.  Turn over to color on the two sides.  Put on the paper towel and pour some icing sugar  Cool down before serving. 9 Ingredients:  100g melted butter  100g black chocolate  2 eggs  100ml sugar  60 ml flour Action !  Preheat the oven. Melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave.  Take a plastic bowl. Put the sugar in it and whisk with the eggs. Add the melted butter and the flour.  Pour the mixture in a buttered muffins cake pan and bake for 10 min in the oven, cool down before serving.  You can accompany with English custard or vanilla ice cream. Put 2 small pots of powdered sugar and 1 pot of oil and 3pots of flour then add 1 packet of baking powder 2 pears cut into pieces ( roughly in cubes). Put 100g of chocolate chips and mix. 12 Ingredients: - 5 eggs - 100g sugar - 500g mascarpone - 30g cocoa powder - 24 finger biscuits - ½ black coffee -1 tablespoon chocolate powder -1 pinch a salt Action ! 1)break the eggs. Separate the whites and yolks in two different bowls. 2)In the bowl with the yolks, add the sugar. Whisk with electric whisk. Cut the mascarpone into small chunks, add it to the mixture and whisk again. 3) In the other bowl beat egg whites with an electric mixer until foamy. With a spatula, add the whites and mix gently. 4) Put black coffee in the soup plate and dip the finger biscuits. 5) Put the biscuits on a cake pan, then add creamy mixture, then the biscuits, the cream. Melt the pieces of chocolate in the microwave.When it is melted, add the pieces of butter and mix. Add the sugar, the flour and mix. Add the Yolks. Preheat the oven to 180°C (Th.6.) Beat the egg whites with pinch of salt until they are stiff. Then add slowly to the mixture. Pour this into the buttered and floured cake pan. Bake your cake in the oven for about 20 minutes. 14 Ingredients: 2 apples 150 g flour 150 g potato starch 30 g baking powder 30 g icing sugar 25 cl water 3 cl apple liquor 1 vanilla bean 1 a pinch of salt Preparation: 1.Peel and core apples. Cut slices. 2.Marinate slices with apple liquor. 3.In a big a bowl, slowly prepare the donut batter : mix flour with the potato starch and a pinch of salt. Add water and whisk slowly. 15 Ingredients - 1 kg flour -1/2kg sugar -1/2 liter peanut oil -cinnamon ( powder) -orange blossom Preparation  Mix the flour a little vanilla powder, the sugar and the oil.  Add a bit of orange blossom.  Shape small balls and put then on a plate.  put a bit of cinnamon on the top.  bake in the oven (th5) for 20 minutes : it's ready when the bowls come off of the plate. 16 Preparation 15min Cooking about 30min  INGREDIENTS 150G chocolate 2 big pears 2 tablespoons lemon juice 340G flaky pastry 1 whisked egg icing sugar  ACTION Melt chocolate in a bain-Marie, cut pears into 4 pieces. Core the pears, slice them thinly, put them in a bowl with lemon juice. Put the flaky pastry on a floured plate with a sheet of baking paper. Pour melted chocolate on the flaky pastry, put the slices of pear and put them on the chocolate. brush the edge of the pastry with the whisked egg Let the pie bake for 25min in a hot oven.(200°C) Increase temperature of the oven ( 230°C) Pour some sugar on the pie and put it in the oven for 5 extra minutes. Mix the mixture with a wooden spoon Add the flour and mix with your fingers until it becomes like sand. Add the butter and knead. 18 Ingredients 150g a sugar 125g a butter 150g a hazelnut powder 250g a flour 1 egg 1 pinch of a salt Action In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar and salt. Add the sifted flour at once, then knead the dough until it gets sandy. Add butter pieces and the hazelnut powder and knead. Shape a big dough ball. Roll out the dough on a floured area and cut biscuits using a glass. Put the biscuits on a buttered cooking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes (160°C) Cool down before serving. By Johan

19  Ingredients : 110g flour 2 eggs 200ml milk mixed with 75ml water 50g butter A pinch of salt  Utensils : 1 bowl,1 wooden spoon,1 whisk,1 frying pan,1 jug  Action ! 1.Measure the milk and water and mix them in a jug. 2.Break the eggs into a bowl. 3.Measure the flour; add the eggs and the salt. 4.Pour the milk and water onto the flour. 5.Whisk all the ingredients together. 6.Melt a little butter in a hot frying pan. 7.Pour some mixture into the frying pan. 8.After 30 seconds, check if the pancake is brown. 9.Flip the pancake over and cook for 10 seconds. 10.Serve and spread with your favourite filling. 20  Preparation : 15 min Cooking : 35 min  Ingredients (serving 8 people) : - 250 g honey - 10 cl hot milk - 100 g melted butter - 200 g flour - 1/2 packet of baking powder - 50 g brown sugar - 1 egg - 1 pinch of salt - cinnamon, ginger,clove, nutmeg Préparation : Mix the honey and the hot milk Add the melted butter, the flour as you continue mixing Add the baking powder, the brown sugar, the egg and the salt. Add the spices. Bake in a cake pan for 30 to 35 min, in a hot oven (180 - 200°C). Use funny cake pans ( Gingebread man, Christmas tree …)
