Analysis Violent Crime accounts for 22% of all crime, it leaves victims and the local community living in fear There were 350 hate crime incidents and 137 racially aggravated crimes reported in 2008/09 (source: MADE). Hate Crime divides communities Domestic Abuse is a hidden crime yet it accounts for 6.3% of all recorded crime Serious acquisitive Crime accounts for 26% of all crime in the Borough.
