4. Young Professionals report Some statistics information from IEEE: Women comprise approximately 10.5% of the total membership and average age of the total membership is roughly 41. The Young Professionals constituency hovers around 64K and we expect it to double as of 15 August 2014 when the new membership year launches. One of the reasons for the change in criteria and tracking was to improve data integrity. We will be obtaining baseline data as the transition progresses towards completion later this year.
