European Commission Programme European Commission 3-Year Framework Partnership Agreement on 116 111 for 2015-2017 Key Objectives of the grant – PART 1: CHI is staffed to function effectively as a coordinating body Working towards 116111 becoming operational across all EU Member States and adhering to the same minimum quality standards in each European child helplines cooperate in collecting and sharing available data with EU policy makers to create common ground towards strengthening child protections systems

European Commission Programme European Commission 3-Year Framework Partnership Agreement on 116 111 for 2015-2017 Key Objectives of the grant – PART 2: EU decision makers and national governments have increased awareness of 116111, its importance, and support child helplines in operating the service. Increased awareness among young people and the public about the existence of child helplines, the role they play in improving child protection systems, and of the number 116 111.
