2 What is Physical Fitness?  ___- the ability to do ___ activities without becoming short of breath, sore, or tired  ___- the amount of force that muscles apply when they are used  ___- The ability to do activities for more than a few minutes

3 What is Physical Fitness?  ___- The ability to bend and twist joints easily  ____- the weight of your fat to the weight of your muscles  Your body needs fat, but too much can be a problem!
