2 2 Problem Statement  DRUs are used for transmission of control (A- MAP in DL and FBCH in UL) as well as data.  It is essential to assign PRUs for DRU allocation having enough diversity  In P802.16m/D3, minimum number of PRUs allocated to DRU is 8 (2 SBs) for 5/10 MHz and 12 (3 SBs) for 20MHz (1 SB allocation for DRU is already excluded.)  When 2 SBs are allocated to DRU, they are placed closely, which may be poor in terms of diversity for some channel conditions  How can we simply improve it?
