In the 1980’s & 1990’s Formula 1 looked at H.E.V but they were
considered to powerful !!

6. Are there other options
Full electric vehicles – Require a very large battery which require a lot of power to recharge, more energy from power stations.
Fuel cells – The technology is not developed sufficiently at present but in the future this may be the better option.
H.E.V is the best short term answer.

7. Hybrids can and are being serviced, but adhering to extra H/S requirements are essential
The threshold for voltage that can be fatal is 60 volts, but for some people that may be as low as 50 volts.
Orange cable code indicates upwards of 60 volts.
