6 Nominated Person: good practice Registered person An individual or an organisation who has overall responsibility for the childcare provision. Nominated person When the registered person is a group of people, the Nominated Person represents the organisation in its dealings with Ofsted. Manager Is responsible for the day to day management of the provision and should have a detailed and thorough understanding of the EYFS.
