15 NCSI Score = MAXIMUM POINTS COUNTRY POINTS X 100 NCSI Score = The NCSI Score shows the percentage of the maximum points The NCSI Score is calculated the following way

16 ISD Score = 2 IDI % + NRI % ISD Score = The ISD Score shows the average % of IDI and NRI max values In addition, we show the Information Society Development Score (ISD) and the Ratio between NCSI and ISD Ratio = NCSI Score - ISD Score Ratio = The Ratio shows the relationship between NCSI and ISD
