19 Educational Service Unit #13 LifeLink LifeLink-Nebraska is a community-based program serving the transitional needs of students with disabilities, ages 18-21. A bridge between high school and adult life by involving students in educational, vocational, social, recreational, and independent living activities. Program is housed at WNCC Harms Center, Scottsbluff.

20 Educational Service Unit #13 Meridian School Services to children 5-21 –Contractual basis with local school districts –Students with disabilities through the schools. High quality learning environment –Strong functional, life-skills based curriculum functional academics personal management vocational development motor development independent living.

Early Intervention Services –A collection of agencies, organizations and individuals dedicated to helping families with young children who have special needs.
