These representatives will be the main contact for clients in their respective country (more about representatives to come). For contact with IMS HQ all clients are given time schedules customized to their preferences and compatibility with CET (Central European Time) for phone calls with IMS. E-mails can be sent at any time. IMS takes time-zones in to account and makes sure that clients are contacted at a pleasant time. NOTE: IMS will soon launch a client interface on the website that will include the above stated information in applicative form as well as information about their order(s). Made exclusively of German and French steel IMS prioritizes quality above anything else. IMS has her products manufactured in Germany and Pakistan. Both manufacturers work under the same standards and make use of the same materials and templates. Most products come with a wide range of varieties as to their size and shape. All products ranging from the simplest scalpel to the most complicated forceps and saws are tested under the international health and safety standards. However, it is possible that particular orders are unrealizable to deliver within the above mentioned timeframe. In such cases IMS will assess the delay early in the process and immediately inform the client. IMS will however keep the delay at a minimum. IMS can choose to ship from the IMS HQ or directly from the manufacturers. IMS is not to be held responsible for any damages conflicted after dispatch from IMS HQ or directly from the factory.
