1 A SPECIAL DAY DECEMBER 6, 2015  THE LORD’S DAY  Memory Verse: The LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it” (Exodus 120:11)  Activity: Good Morning, It’s Sunday Dance! Start your day with Worship and Praise! Pick a song your student can move and worship to, explain this is a special day and we will bless and keep it sacred.

2 GIVING GOD YOUR BEST December 13, 2015  ACCEPTABLE OFFERINGS  Memory Verse: “ Keep my commandments, and do them: I am the LORD” ( LEVITICUS 22:31)  Activity: Have children color pre cut outs of a Christmas tree and different toys ( cars, dolls, balls…) Explain to them just like we want the best God also requires the best of us. Let them glue the colored gifts onto the tree.

3 THE FIRSTBORN FOR GOD December 20, 2015  DEDICATIONOF FIRSTBORN  Memory Verse: “Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God” (Luke 2:28)  Activity: On construction paper have a picture of a Stained-Glass Church. Have several different colors of tissue paper cut out and let the children glue on to paper allowing them to beautify their own window. While doing the activity you can explain the importance of going to God’s house.

4 A GENEROUS GIFT December 27, 2015  READY TO GIVE  Memory Verse: “This poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury” (Mark 12:43)  Activity: Have Children make play money. Tell them the importance of money, if we are responsible with it, God blesses us for our faithfulness.

5 LOVE WAITS January 3, 2016  A BRIDE WORTH WAITING FOR  Memory Verse: “What is this thou hast done to me? (Genesis 29:25)  Activity: Have children cut out praying hands. On the back help student write names of family members that they pray for.

6 BEAUTIFUL TO ME January 10, 2016  THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BRIDE  Memory Verse: “ I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine” (Song of Solomon 6:3)  Activity: From old magazines cut out a verity of pictures (you can glue on to cardboard, for sturdiness) Show students the pictures and have them tell you the beauty in each one. Everything God creates is beautiful!

7 LET’S FIX IT January 17, 2016  AN UNFAITHFUL BRIDE  Memory Verse: “So [Hosea] went and took Gomer… [who] bare him a son” (Hosea 1:3)  Activity: Help children put together the pieces of a puzzle. Explain to children just like the puzzle, relationships have to put together and sometimes they may need help putting it together and it’s OK!

8 IT’S A MIRACLE January 24, 2016  A WEDDING IN CANA  Memory Verse: “His disciples believed on him” (John 2:11)  Discussion: Have an open dialog with children about being hospitable. Rather it’s their own homes or God’s house.  Prayer: Lord help me show hospitality.

9 HELPING A FAMILY January 31, 2016  THE DEATH OF A FRIEND  Memory Verse: “Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted” (Matthew 5:4)  Activity: Cut out of construction paper, flower pots, circles, petals, and stems (Circles and petals should be different colors) Let the children make their own flower pot.

10 A DAY TO REMEMBER February 7, 2016  PASSOVER  Memory Verse: “Ye shall keep [this day] a feast to the LORD” (Exodus 12:14)  Activity: Give each child a pre cut out cone. Ask the children to tell how God helped them. Each time they tell you of a time, give them a pre cut out scoop of ice cream to glue onto their cone.

11 FEAST OF WEEKS February 14, 2016  FEAST OF WEEKS  Memory Verse: “Bring the meat offering… unto the LORD” (Leviticus 2:8)  Activity: Give each child an envelope. Give each child different colored pre cut out hearts. Have the child write on each heart what they are grateful for. Afterward have them glue the heart into their envelope.

12 MAKING THINGS RIGHT February 21, 2016  DAY OF ATONEMENT  Memory Verse: “The priest make an atonement for you… that ye may be clean from all your sins” (Leviticus 16:30)  Activity: Just like we have to clean our bodies and bed rooms daily, we have to be clean of our sins daily.  Song: Clean-up, clean-up every body get some toys. Cleanup, clean-up all the little girls and boys. Cleanup, clean-up everybody do your share. Clean-up, clean-up everybody, everywhere.

13 FEAST FOR THE LORD February 28, 2016  FEAST OF BOOTHS  Memory Verse: “These are the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations” (Leviticus 23:37)  Activity: Help children to prepare their tents for a celebration! Trumpets, bread and fruits!!
