1 FORWARDING YOUR ACCOUNT Part II 1

2 Forwarding your account You will do this so you can get notifications about the documents in your webmail account and won’t have to log in to your PBIS Gmail account to see if anyone has submitted a form. This step needs to be done now, but will make sense later. 2

3 The rest of this section will require you to have two browser windows/tabs open simultaneously: one for your Gmail account and one for your DPS account. Log into your DPS email account(s) – You will, eventually, want to complete this step for all of the people on your team. – You may want to show your administrators how to do this as well. 3

4 Access your settings Back in your Gmail account This will be a little machine wheel in the upper right corner. Choose mail settings Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP 4

5 Adding email addresses Click Add a forwarding address. Type in your DPS email address. Go to your DPS account 5

6 Confirm In your DPS account there should be an email confirming that you want to forward your Gmail account to your DPS account. Click on the hyperlink. 6

7 Back to Gmail! In your Gmail account, refresh the settings page. Make sure to click “forward a copy…” Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. 7
