8 Noteworthy: DLM DPI will now be handling all data changes instead of the DLM helpdesk. –Please contact Kristen Burton at: kristen.burton@dpi.wi.gov or 608-267-3164kristen.burton@dpi.wi.gov Reminder that field test items will appear after all operational testlets have been completed. Field test testlets will incorporate a ‘R’ in the testlet name and are delivered in batches.

10 Next Up: ACT Aspire GradeEnglishMath Readin g Scienc e Writing 9 & 104065605530 Test Times (in minutes) Test Times: Test Sessions – In order to test your students, you must set up test sessions for them. You will not be able to test your students if you haven't set up the test sessions in the ACT Aspire Portal. Students who need accommodations must have a completed Personal Needs Profile (PNP) in the Portal before being placed in an online test session.

Test Times (in minutes) Force Closures – Many requests last year for reinstatement because Room Supervisors were closing test sessions at various times PRIOR to completion of testing by all students. – Test Coordinators must communicate with each Aspire Room Supervisor and be sure they understand that under no circumstances should room supervisors click on the button to close test sessions. – Leave all Aspire test sessions open until the third week of May or until your school has completed all Aspire testing before closing any test sessions.

12 Noteworthy: PALS PALS screening window for 4K through 2 nd grade opens April 25 and stays open until May 20. The score entry deadline is set for June 3. 13 Noteworthy: PALS This will be the final required administration of PALS. Beginning in the 2016-17 school year, districts will be able to administer the literacy screener of their choice (Wis. Stats. 118.016 ).Wis. Stats. 118.016 Reimbursement rates will not be determined until after all districts have submitted their costs. Expected reimbursement rates are between $8 and $9 per student.
