2 AAC will be the #1 youth sports competition facility in the United States with a focus on baseball, softball, and 7-on-7 football to start. Combined with a strong online presence and nationwide events, AAC will establish itself as the leader in youth athletics and recruiting. Our Mission

3 The Evolution of Youth Athletics Youth Athletics has become highly specialized as the competition for scholarships has increased. Youth Baseball began to shift away from organized leagues in early 1990s to competitive, select travel ball teams that became mainstream in early 2000s. The adoption of Title IX by high schools and colleges fueled an explosion in women's softball, giving women more opportunity for scholarships. The National Council on Youth Sports - Estimates that 65% of American youth participate in sports, accounting for as many as 52 million participants. Many parents spend thousands of dollars a year on “elite teams” often feeling pressure to position their child to compete against the best. - Regina Mobley 13 News Norfolk Virginia, May, 21, 2014 Because of this pressure, online services have become strategically important to evaluate athletes and empower parents to make sure their child is being properly exposed.

4 Market Opportunity Youth sports is a big business, raking in an estimated $7 billion a year. (Columbus Dispatch, 2014) In 1996, privately owned Cooperstown Dreams Park opened focusing on 12-year old and 10-year old youth baseball. During that span, they have serviced more than 20,000 players and coaches each summer (14 weeks) at an average cost of $850 per player/coach, or $17MM annually before F&B and merchandise. Since their opening, similar facilities dedicated to baseball have opened all over the country (Kentucky, Mississippi and Indiana to name a few) and most are state subsidized. No such facility exists in California. In female athletics, Volleyball has the most amount of female participants (9.1 million) with Softball accounting for 4.7 million. Both sports are dominated on a national level by California teams and players. Scholastic wrestling ranks 6th of all boys' sports in terms of participation at the high school level with over 272,000 nation wide and over 10,400 schools sponsor wrestling, the highest ever. 3 million kids play baseball in over 6,000 leagues in the US yearly. Nearly 10 million kids play baseball worldwide. 7-on-7 football continues to grow rapidly as coaches seek opportunities for players to compete without contact to limit concussions and focus on fundamentals. Leagues are happening all over the country at universities and ESPN is broadcasting the games.
