2 Key Terms Migration- is a common activity that involves the movement of individuals from one place to another Immigration- a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country. Push factors- reasons that force or “push” a person to leave their country. Pull Factors- reasons that draw or “pull” a person to a new country.
