10 The EI Technical Programme 21 July 20159 EI branches forum Work with 34 technical partners on mutually agreed projects Work covers their key technical issues, across the areas of health, safety, environmental protection, petroleum measurement, fuels distribution and petroleum testing. Programmes costs around US$2M, and has been quantified to return an annual saving to industry of c$70- 120M.
