Nikki Araguz was married to volunteer firefighter Thomas Araguz. Thomas died while fighting a fire in Wharton, Texas. Shortly thereafter, her marriage to Thomas was declared void and she was denied the right to receive his death benefit. #3

15 Create inclusivity ! One of the hallmarks of an inclusive environment is treating people as individuals rather than preconceived assumptions. It's normal to categorize, but stepping back and consciously not buying into stereotypes helps to create a safe environment.
