17 Notice to Mariners Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Date of Issue: 20th February 2016 Notice Expires: Ongoing Rampion Offshore Wind Farm - Deployment of 3 x Wave Rider Buoys (Construction Period) This NTM supersedes and cancels NTM 0002

18 The Vessel MV Erica will sail from Littlehampton on the 26/02/16 (weather permitting) to install the 3 units at the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm site. The Buoys will remain in situe for the duration of the project (Please note the buoy will have to be re-located at some point in the future due to operations taking place in that area. This will be depicted in the Project Weekly Notice of Operations) Installation of Wave Rider Buoys

21 Summary: Weather permitting, the vessel ‘Sea Fox’ will sail from Shoreham on Tuesday 23/02/16 to install 5 x Tri- Pods containing Noise monitoring equipment within the Rampion Offshore Wind Farm site. The purpose of this equipment is to enable us to monitor noise levels during the first 5 pile installations, carried out by the MPI vessel ‘Discovery’. There will be 5 units deployed in total, 4 units adjacent to the piling activity at preset radii from the pile in question, with a 5th unit being placed approx.. 10km from each pile. The units will be deployed and recovered before and after each piling operation.
