2. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to complete all of the assignments for class. Why? I would rate myself a 4 because I try my best to complete my assignments but sometimes I get confused.

3. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your class time effort & positive contributions to class discussions. Why? I would rate myself a 4 in this category because I try my best in class but I don’t always raise my hand and contribute in class discussions.

4. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. Why? I am going to give myself a 3 because I work well with all of the kids in my science class but when I am with my friends I sometimes get distracted.

5. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) describe what you want to improve upon for next quarter. Why? I would rate myself on a 5 in improving on proteins and genetic codes. I would like to improve on this because I was having some trouble on it earlier this week in class. I would like to study more and get better on this.

6. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) describe what went well in this school year. Why? I would rate myself with a 5 for this part because I think that learning about organelles became a lot easier with practice and I think that it went really well this school year.
