Preparatory reading for next lesson: Article on the Royal Household. Wrestle with an academic article and create a list of jobs in the royal household as well as what they do.

1.Read the sources which describe William’s kingship. 2.Highlight positive comments/qualities in one colour. 3.Highlight criticisms or negative qualities in another. Extension: i.Rank the sources in order of their positivity towards William as king. ii.Can you explain the order?
