Apprenticeship programs for this type of skill requires: 10,000 hours of training at the plant (5 years) 3-4 years of classroom education

WTW_Overview-9 Job vs Career It is important to define the difference between the two Job Definition: a post of employment; full-time or part-time position anything a person is expected or obliged to do; duty; responsibility Career Definition: an occupation or profession, especially one requiring special training, followed as one's lifework a person's progress or general course of action through life or through a phase of life, as in some profession or undertaking
