2 Project History 2006: the Mill Creek Expressway Project recommends removing local access ramps from the I-74/I-75 interchange; 2007: ODOT completes a study of traffic pattern changes in the Northside and South Cumminsville communities of Cincinnati as a result of public comments; 2007: ODOT recommends a connection from I- 74 eastbound to central parkway that eventually is rejected by the public PID TRAC Presentation 10/13/15
