Motivation

What motivates? There is not one thing that is ubiquitous in motivation. There is not one thing that is ubiquitous in motivation. The way you motivate yourself may not work in motivating others. The way you motivate yourself may not work in motivating others. If you have to motivate others you must first find the way that they are motivated.
