Accessing Turnitin To access Turnitin, the lecturer will send you an enrollment to your MCAST . It is therefore, important that you have access to your MCAST . This will contain an enrollment ID and password and will enable you to register with Turnitin. It is important to remember your username and the password you create.
Turnitin Classes Once enrolled, you can register to the classes that you are attending. The class, will keep track of pending assignments, your status and the deadlines of these assignments. To submit an assignment, you need to upload the relevant material before the deadline. Some assignments may allow you to submit your work multiple times, to allow you to check the quality of your reference style.
Turnitin Originality Checks Once an assignment has been submitted, Turnitin will create an originality check and report to allow you to assess the quality of your reference style. In assignments that allow for multiple resubmissions, you may use the report to improve on your reference style. Make sure to understand the content of the originality report !!
