Added Courses Instructor should accept you in the course And Dropped Course Instructor should accept you to drop the course Status should be Accepted for both only then you can Submit the form To DUGC of your department. So please dont request with OARS for accept the Waiting request.

After Accepting all the Waiting Request as Accepted for Each Drop and Added courses B. Click on Add-Drop Request Manager C. Click on D. Thesis Unit Can be added only thru click on Make sure the thesis unit should be the multiple of 4 i.e 4 / 8 / 12 / 16 E. Click on F. Click on G. Finally the courses comes on the screen and status of your form is showing pending with DUGC/DPGC Check regularly your OARS page until your form is clear by your concern DPGC.
