Why are we here? 2 The purpose of this Forum is to: Assist the district in the development of a STRATEGIC PLAN that will provide both DIRECTION and PRIORITIES for the district for the next 3-5 years.

The Focus Question Over the next 3-5 years: “How will the North Olmsted City Schools strategically position itself to provide sound fiscal stewardship, operational efficiency, and the community engagement necessary to provide students with a world class twenty first century education?” 3
