Organizing, Staffing, And Communicating Memory Reed Harris County High School July 2008 Organizing – putting together business operations in logical and meaningful ways. Making sure everything is available to accomplish goals. Staffing – hiring the right people to accomplish organizational goals Communicating – Verbally and nonverbally interacting with people in the organization. It is important that everyone in the organization communicate with one another in order to be able to reach company goals.
