Text A Receptionist's Job A receptionist's job is to welcome and register guests. They must check and make sure the reservation details. Then they give guests room keys and tell guests of room numbers and explain the hotels service to guests. Finally they should wish guests an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Reading

To be contonued Besides, a receptionist is also responsible for answering any question from guests, helping them with any problem, answering telephones and handling complaints from guests. Another part of their job is to deal with group check-ins and large numbers of conference guests.
