How to Cybex Strength Equipment Upper Body

Key Points  Breathe  Exhale when lifting the weight, inhale when putting it down  Lift with a 1,2,3 rhythmic pattern  Always position the machine accordingly  Align your joints with the joints of the machine  Keep a good posture  Keep a constant resistance at all times (the weight should not touch the stack)

Key Points  Lift in the fullest range of motion  If there is a seat belt, wear it!!  Also wipe, wipe, wipety wipe your machines down.
