Everybody has a role SLT: Whole school big picture for intervention, learning walks & SLT links. HODs: Responsible for department intervention, staff and student intervention & mentoring. L&P time is a driver for this. Teachers: Intervention with students. Learning Managers: Responsible for their year group.

Monitoring and Intervention The Outwood Grange Family of Schools STUDENTS – Vice Principal (Deep Support), Assistant Principal (Deep Support/Deep Learning) Learning Managers, HODs, teachers, VMG tutor, parents and all staff. This is a standard agenda item in SLT. DEPARTMENTS - Quality Assurance (4I standardisation, Intervention, over view of department). SLT links. INDIVIDUAL TEACHERS – Training School, class accountability, mentor meetings, support programmes (compulsory/non compulsory), L & P, CPD and coaching buddies.
