Building Better Opportunities Helping the most disadvantaged making a real difference to communities and the lives of people most in need building better opportunities will target those furthest from the labour market

Building Better Opportunities Tackling Social exclusion social exclusion contributes to disadvantage and can also lead to people being out of work projects must help address the root causes of poverty and exclusion

Building Better Opportunities Focusing on the individual projects should build on peoples strengths by developing their skills and talents activities need to be focused on the needs of each individual and go beyond simply providing advice
