What we know, the first law, was written with a feather and ink. You can’t be president if you weren’t born in america. What we don’t know, who wrote the constitution. What criminal records can’t you have to be president. Mission 1/ K,W,L What we learned, What criminal records can you have to be president, and who wrote the constitution.

Amendment. A change that is made to a law or a legal document. The first 10 amendments to the constitution are known as the bills of rights. Preamble. The Introductory part of state deed or the likes stating the reasons of what followers. Democracy. Government by the people by formal government Republic. A state in which the supreme power rests in the body of the entire to vote and exercised. Federal System. What is the state of the union address?/ It is the speech the president gives every January telling what he/she plans to do with the USA. 6. What are some other duties of the president?/ He plans to take care of the USA

Who has the power to make decisions in courts of law? 1.The judge Federal courts have the legal authority over: 1. Sending people to jail 2. Making laws 3.making people quit their job Mission 6 THe Judicial Branch What is treason as defined by the Constitution? 1.The constitution of the united state art defines treason against the united states to consist only in levying war. The government congress and president allows the states to become states. 4.what does the federal government guarantees to the states?/. The government guarantees a fair and free life
