Witnesses: Research your person/part

Duties for the day TUESDAY 3/17 Bailiff creates jury summons and delivers to jurors Judge writes statement to court to introduce the case – roles and charges Prosecution and Defense Teams: –Script your opening statement and questions for witnesses you are calling Witnesses –Meet with your team (pros or def) and make sure you know the questions they’ll ask ahead of time.
