Eat out/Go out to eat  Going to a restaurant to eat (many times with friends or family)  When do you go out to eat ?

Take out / To-go In a restaurant, you might hear these questions:  “Is it for here or to go?”  “Would you like it for here or to go?”  Sometimes only “Here or to go?”

Junk food

Leftovers  How often do you eat leftovers?  Do you take food home from a restaurant?  Do leftovers taste good?

Doggy bag/to-go box  If you want to take food home from the restaurant, you can ask the server: “May I have a to-go box?”
