COMMUNICATION Class DoJo Blog: Agendas Checked and signed by the teacher Monday - Thursday. Homework Folder Each child will have a homework folder that they will keep their reading log and any loose papers from the day Friday Folder An information folder from the school that will come home every Friday. Please return the folder on Monday morning. This is required throughout the entire school.

MEDICATION Medication needed by your child MUST be kept in the clinic. The medication must be brought to school by the parent and must be accompanied by a completed medication form. All medication will be administered in the clinic by the school nurse. Please be sure your clinic cards are turned in.

ATTENDANCE & TARDIES Punctuality and attendance are extremely important School begins at 7:50. If your child arrives in the classroom after 7:50, he/she is considered tardy and must be walked to the office and signed in by you. Students cannot arrive to school before 7:15.

TRANSPORTATION Transportation Changes – We MUST have a written note Teacher’s name Sign it Date it Write your phone number NO PHONE IN CHANGES or S ACCEPTED Faxes indicating transportation changes will be accepted before 1:45 ONLY if a copy of your driver’s license appears on the fax. ** NOT the best method ** If you need to pick up your child prior to dismissal he/she must be checked out in the office. The office will call the classroom and your child will meet you in the office. No checkouts after 1:45.

VISITORS TO THE BUILDING All visitors to the building must sign in and wear a visitor’s nametag. This also applies if you are volunteering in the building or having lunch with your child. County Policy for the safety of our children.
