Real – time reporting Schools will be expected to provide information to parents covering achievement, progress, attendance, behaviour and special needs. The Government's e-strategy - sets the expectation that by Spring 2008 every pupil should have access to a personalised online learning space with the potential to support an e-portfolio Why do we need one? Collaborative Working - it is easy to share information and documents with others, not only within schools but between schools. This collaboration can involve anyone – teacher, pupil or parent – either from within their school or from any school which is part of the Learning Platform.
