Required pictures for lock change – Address, front of house, old lock set on door, old lock set removed from door, new lock set, old lock set in kitchen drawer, emergency contact posted in window, main breaker in off position, and HVAC system.

REQUIRED PICTURES FOR INSTALLING LOCK BOX – ADDRESS, FRONT OF HOUSE, UNISTALLED LOCK BOX, LOCK BOX INSTALLED OPEN WITH KEY IN DOOR, LOCK BOX OPEN WITH KEY IN IT, LOCK BOX CLOSED AND SET TO PROPER CODE.
