 First to be fully-aligned to the PA Core.  Some material, especially in math, is being tested a full grade level earlier.  The State Board of Education approved new, more rigorous “cut scores” for the four performance levels:  Below Basic  Basic  Proficient  Advanced MAXIMIZING OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS

 Pennsylvania’s students  PSSA results represent a snapshot in time of student progress  OASD and all schools across the state are working hard to continue to transition to the PA Core.  Administrators and teachers remain committed to improving student achievement.
