1 PROGRESS MONITORING OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT Baldwin-Whitehall School District 2nd Quarter Data

2 District Goal: INSTRUCTION The administrative team will use multiple measures (demographic, achievement, process and perception data) to improve teaching and learning as evidenced by ongoing student growth measured by academic assessments.

3 District Goal: CURRICULUM The administrative team will develop a collaborative culture vital to a professional learning community in order to enhance the effectiveness of teams. The driving focus of the PLC will be based on these four questions: What is it we want our students to learn? How will we know if each student has mastered it? How will we respond when some students do not learn it? How can we extend and/or enrich the learning for students who have demonstrated proficiency?

4 District Goal: Diversity and Parent Engagement In partnership with families and community, and as a means of strengthening the home/school connection, school personnel will utilize tools and resources to communicate more frequently and effectively with parents and families regarding academic performance, the educational program, and general school information.
