2 2 www.education.state.pa.us > Purpose The PA School Performance Profile is designed to:  Provide a building level academic score for teachers as part of the Educator Effectiveness System in 2013-2014.  Inform the public of the performance of each public school, comprehensive career and technical center, cyber charter and charter school in Pennsylvania  Provide parents and taxpayers performance measures for the school/district of residence, neighboring schools/districts and schools/districts across the state  Inform and guide goal setting, instructional practices, and resource allocation for improved student achievement
