Cluster 2.0 – Vision & Project Plan MEDIUM SENSITIVITY Building momentum for Cluster Be steadfast in your commitment by continuing to build momentum for the transformation and taking advantage of the current enthusiasm of many of your managers and staff Building capability and capacity to sustain the initiative and work effort including active participation of senior leadership Listen and learn continue to bring fresh thinking to Cluster 2.0 – examine the work you are doing now and ask yourself how it relates to Cluster 2.0 – connect with the Project team to align efforts Identify and engage Lean and Kanban champions to champion additional pilots e.g., FRO, Operations Determine and commit to Phase 2 priorities Operationalizing MAPS Applications (Building Technology Build Centres and developing repeatable and scalable processes for transition) Organizational Design Change Management Strategy (incl. Learning Strategy, Workforce Transition etc.) Build a single compelling vision and commit to it Tone from the top – strong sponsorship from all cluster executives Communicate a compelling vision and program strategy that outlines your transformation journey over the next 2 years and ‘what’s in it for staff’ at key milestones along the way Start to engage staff in your thinking Building momentum for Cluster 2.0
