Meat beans and vegetables are good foods for you to eat. Meat and beans are part of the food group. Vegetable's are part of the food group too!
You should have three cups of dairy per day of fat – free milk or low milk because calcium is good for developing strong bones. These milk are organic and healthy living milk.

Eating different colored veggies is important, like orange and green. Carrots are orange and lettuce is green. They are healthy veggies.
You should eat 2 cups of fruit daily because they have vitamins and nutrients. Eat only a little fruit because it has a lot of sugar.
