3 Orange and green veggies like oranges or broccoli are the best for you. Broccoli is very healthy Oranges have a lot of juice. Broccoli

4 You should eat berries and pumpkin seeds because they help your heart. Berries are good for your heart. Pumpkins are fun to carve into.

5 Drink 2 cup of milk a day because it helps your body get strong.

6 You should eat a little lean meat because it gives you protein.

7 You should only eat a little oil, so try fish because it has very healthy oil.

8 Wouldn’t you agree that eating healthy is good for you?
