Goal for the Day Program Coordinators will participate in a learning network to share and develop expertise among others in an effort to maintain a persistent focus on educator professional learning that increases educator effectiveness and results in supporting student learning.

The RE Program is changing the landscape of teaching in Ohio.

Networking 1:15-2:15 1.Each table has a set of expert tags (green) and novice tags (yellow). 2.Each table has an identified topic. 3.Individuals will report to one table to begin and select either a green or yellow tag based on comfort level of the topic. Five people per table 4.Individuals holding a green expert tag will begin the conversation. 5.Groups will have 8 minutes to network, brainstorm, share successes, ask questions, etc. 6.Groups will rotate to at least three tables during the designated time. Facilitators will use a signal to identify when to switch tables.
