 Lofa County was the seat of the fourteen years of civil war in Liberia because of it’s being the largest and one of the most populated county.  The county also consist of seven district and seven tribes with different religious and traditional believes that always result to Tribal Discrimination, Religious Violence, youth Violence and High rate of Gender violence

To establish good Networking system among community leaders with total inclusion of young people and women in Leadership and community driven initiatives To combat Gender and tribal violence through capacity building on Peace and conflict resolution, Gender Equity etc I have been engaged in training and recruiting local and traditional leaders to form networking system

 They can work together to make Lofa county a peaceful and inclusive community with total reduction of tribal, religious and gender violence  They can also work together to ensure women and young people representations in Leadership and community driven initiatives TOGETHERNESS & STABILITY

Promote Peace and Inclusion through Sport and Play activities a. Sport & play events for Children and youths b. Musical and cultural festival c. Mass Sensitization events (Peace Education) I have been working children and youth in the most disadvantage areas of my country to use sport and play as a tools to develop heath and foster peace

 Organized Sport and Play event for children and youth in the six seven district to promote Inclusion A. Peace and inclusion Football tournament at in the various district and at county level B. Organize play and musical festival to explore talent of children and youth from various background. In schools and communities

 Organize and support musical and cultural festival for local and traditional leaders  Produce and hold Radio talks show on Peace and Inclusion on local Radio stations ( Radio Kingtoma, Radio Harlienge, Radio, Tambataykor etc.  Produce IEC materials on peace and inclusion and GBV issues.

Sport and Play activities will : A. Increased in the understanding of the importance of inclusion of women and youth regardless of race, sex, tribes, religious ethnic background etc in community initiative and Leadership B. Develops young people skills in leadership and volunteerism Inclusion and sustainable will be the guarding principles to ensure this activity INCLUSION FOR ALL ( regardless of sex, race, ethnic background, religious etc)

STEP -3

 Strengthen the capacity of the identified local community structures and linking them to government offices/ ministries  Ensure that community member take ownership of the project  Work with the various structures to develop work plan for future programming.
