LETTER TO AUTHOR REVIEW

Breaking up the questions paragraph. It didn’t feel overwhelming with questions. Punctuate title correctly Include direct quotes and parenthetical documentation. Be clear about your analysis; why do these things stand out to you? Give LOTS of concrete details. Watch spelling, sentence fluency, and conventions (u instead of you!) Leave out clichés. =weak writing. “painted a picture in my mind” Watch out for too much author praise instead of writing about what you needed to write about. Don’t start or end body paragraphs with a direct quote.
