Open up direct channels to Technical Committees. Evaluate rights and usage issues associated with software standards. Investigate free use of imbedded specifications.

Assist sponsors in their transition to new procedures. New policies for alignment with IEEE-CS SP5. Emphasis on inter-group coordination and planning.
